According to a post on his own blog, the plan involves three larger projects and five smaller ones.
After VVVVVV, Cavanagh started work on several projects, including Nexus City, an RPG he has been making with Jonas Kyratzes since 2010, and a Nexus City spin-off. According to the developer, that spin-off will be smaller than Nexus City itself and is mainly intended as an introduction to its universe. In addition to those projects, Cavanagh also wants to finish five smaller games: KittyRPG, Big Hero, Isothingy, Annihilation Game and Not At a Distance.
